Kinesiology

Why Choose Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic therapy which uses muscle response testing to measure the motor response of the central nervous system to a sensory challenge. By doing this, imbalances can be determined and methods to rebalance the body can be indicated.

By looking at the whole person, Kinesiology can help to determine whether a physical symptom is linked to a structural issue, an emotional cause, a nutritional deficiency or to toxicity within the body.

For example, headaches could relate to an imbalance in the neck muscles, an imbalance in the liver or spleen meridian, food sensitivities or an emotional causation. Kinesiology can help you understand what’s going on in your body, and to get to the cause of your symptoms.

What to Expect:

You’ll be asked to lie down on the treatment couch, fully clothed. Using muscle testing, we then tap into the body’s biochemical feedback to understand where any imbalances lie and what we can do to bring them back into balance by using a series of techniques such as Meridian Tracing work and Neurolymphatic Point Massage.

Kinesiology:

  • Treats you holistically: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically
  • Can be used short-term for specific ailments or long-term to maintain well-being
  • Complements and can safely be used alongside conventional medicine/therapies
  • Empowers you to understand what’s going on within your body
